Building Tomorrow's Workforce
One Youth at a Time

Young Adult Work Readiness Services
NSBIF provides work readiness training and individualized services to young adults aged 18-24:

Out of School Youth Program (OSY)
OSY is a year long program that provides individualized services to youth with severe barriers to employment and success in life through leadership and community service, life skills training, and work experience.

Many of the youth who enroll in our program have no job experience, no post-secondary education (a number of them have not even completed high school) and little to no life skills to speak of.

Successful participants leave with work experience, two positive references, a resume, a GED (if needed), driver's license, and find full time employment and/or enrollment in post-secondary education.
