Career Development Manager
North State Building Industry Foundation (NSBIF) – Workforce Community Programs 


​Reports to: Director, Workforce Community Programs
Job Brief: As a part of the NSBI Foundation’s workforce community program team the Career Development Manager (CDM) will be responsible for completing a variety of recruitment, engagement, workforce preparation, administrative, and employment matching tasks with adults to benefit our partner program – BuildStrong Academy, Sacramento, owned and managed by Home Building Institute (HBI). The CD Manager may also be responsible for similar duties related to NSBI Foundation programs serving individuals as well as a broader range of community members.
​Based at: The position is primarily located at the BuildStrong Academy, Sacramento 9332 Tech Center Drive, Sacramento, Ca. 96009.
​Some assignments may be completed remotely, and others may require off-site work at schools, training facilities, job centers, etc.

Data Coordinator
North State Building Industry Foundation (NSBIF) –

Job Brief​:
We are looking for an individual to provide high- caliber data management in support of our team, programs, & partnerships. This position will report directly to the Deputy Executive Director and will be responsible for the successful implementation of and management of all our database management systems, including:
Recruitment software – candidates, employers, and partners;
Fundraising database to monitor donor, grant, and contractual deliverables;
Grant application and proposal tracking & support; preparing letters, data & auxiliary information;
Job Board – candidates & employer engagement and monitoring;
The ideal candidate will maintain high standard to ensure and protect the confidentiality of the information on all levels.
Work Location: 
The position is hybrid remote work with occasional office work at
1536 Eureka Road, Roseville, CA 95661
