Pathways to Y.E.S. is a program that provides work-readiness training for a successful career path in the
high-demand construction industry (trades, business, and professions). You must be 16-18 years old (in or out of school)
​and must live or attend school​ in the City of Sacramento district lines.

You will: 

• complete 40 hours of work readiness training (beginning Fall 2022)​ workshops will be hybrid (50% in-person attendance required)
• learn life skills, improve financial and digital literacy complete 160 hours of work experience
• create networking connections for a successful career

Supportive services include: 

• transportation assistance to work experience assignments
  
• assistance obtaining workwear & tools assistance
  
• applying for college or training program, if desired, upon graduation
