The Out of School Youth (OSY) program provides individualized services to at-risk 18-24 year old youth in: leadership and community service, life skills training, and work experience.
Many of the youth who enroll in our program have no job experience, no post-secondary education (a number of them have not even completed high school) and are young, often single, parents.
OSY teaches 18-24 year old youth how to be successful in school, in life, and on the job. Successful graduates leave with work experience, two positive references, a resume, a GED (if needed), driver's license, and find full time employment and/or enroll in post-secondary education.
