Post-Secondary, Pre-Apprenticeship, and Apprenticeship Programs
There are a number of post-secondary skills training and apprenticeship programs in the area for people of all ages. Click the link above to see the list of programs in the Los Rios Community College District and other schools.
Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA)BITA is a comprehensive four-year high school program developed by BIA member companies and education leaders. BITA offers a curriculum, at no cost to the school, aimed at producing skilled construction professionals who will be qualified and confident to enter the workforce.

Design Build CompetitionDesign Build is a regional competition is held each year, featuring 14 local high school construction teams. The teams compete to build sheds and playhouses and are judged on various criteria including plan execution and safety.

Industry Certificates: PACT, MC3
In addition to BITA, NSBIF also offers connections to instructor training in two pre-apprenticeship programs offering industry approved, Department of Labor recognized certificates to successful students.
